SHIPPING, ETC.

AT THIS TIME, WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

YOUR UNDERSTANDING MEANS A LOT TO US.

 

SHIPPING

UNITED STATES—

All orders are processed and shipped within 4–6 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 2–5 days, dependent on location. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer.

La' F.E.M. prefers UPS Priority shipping (estimated 2–5 business days) for our domestic USA customers, but use USPS Ground in some instances. There are two ways we ship:

  1. Purchases less than $49.00 will receive a $8.00 UPS Priority/First Class Mail shipping rate–insurance 

  2. Purchases $50.00 or greater are automatically shipping as complimentary UPS Priority/USPS Ground. You know this as FREE shipping. 

 

AN IMPORTANT NOTE—

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or grandma's place.

 

 

CANADA—

La' F.E.M. prefers UPS shipping for our Canadian customers, but do use USPS Priority from time to time. Ship costs can be found at checkout.

1. Depending on the weight and dimensions of your order, ship costs will vary and start around $16.00. Orders over $101 have a flat rate of $25. Insurance and signature confirmation are available by request. Please email if you want the insurance/signature option before checking out. 

Canada destined orders are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.

La' F.E.M. is not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. La' F.E.M. is also not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.

If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.

For international customers—we regret that we do not offer shipping directly through our e–commerce site. If you'd like to make a purchase, please email Kimberly.rodriguez@lafemcandles.com and we can arrange shipment outside of the site. International shipment rates will be determined based on delivery address. We will be sure to ask for your local phone number when placing your order so that we may ship it out as soon as possible - many local delivering carriers require this.

PO/P.O. BOXES

We do not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a PO Box will be cancelled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out.
